The Service Centre telephones are manned Monday-Friday, 08:00-22:00, thereafter they have a small number of staff operating emergency cover after 22:00. At weekends they have staff to take your emergency calls for repairs, noise complaints, homelessness, environmental health emergencies, street lighting and roads. You can also make a payment for rent, council tax and service account Monday-Sunday, 08:00-22:00.
