allow, so that parents can
taste and try the foods
prepared.

nutrition, healthy options,
budget meals, suitable
snacks and drinks for
toddlers.
Some sessions may also be
supported by other
professionals such as dental
health, dietician etc. as
appropriate.
Recipes may include soup,
one-pot cooking, healthy
puddings, smoothies etc.
